Core Yoga

Rachael and Dr. Scott Bergman have drawn from their experiences to create Core Yoga, a system of yoga that allows all levels of students to experience a safe, practical and thorough workout while still benefiting from the mindful art of Yoga.
How you train in class prepares you to live outside the class. For centuries Yoga has been used to cultivate the human potential; it not only stabilizes but elevates one's mental and physical performance.
While practicing Core Yoga you will gain composure, concentration, focus, increased energy and vitality. The poses are combined to enhance balance, spinal alignment, muscular symmetry, endurance and proper range of motion. With your commitment, this system delivers change.
Rachael Bergman is the rehabilitation director for Chiro Kinetics Functional Health Science Institute and is a certified pilates practitioner teaching since 1990. Rachael has 20 years experience teaching Hatha, Raja and the breathing yoga techniques of Walt, Magana and Baron Baptiste.
